We are delighted to be working with client operating within the civil engineering and major infrastructure sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SHE Advisor to join a well-established organisation delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across the UK.
As a SHE Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting site operations, promoting a positive safety culture, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on a major project. This position would suit a proactive SHE Advisor who enjoys working closely with operational teams and driving continual improvement across site activities.

The Role
- Providing health, safety and environmental support to site teams.
- Conducting site inspections, audits and safety tours.
- Investigating incidents and supporting corrective actions.
- Delivering site inductions and HSE-related training.
- Maintaining HSE documentation and producing reports.
- Building strong relationships with site personnel and stakeholders.
About You
- Previous Health & Safety experience within construction or civil engineering.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or higher).
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations and current H&S legislation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Site-based experience within a construction environment.
