FREELANCE SITE MANAGER – WATER SECTOR

£300 per day | CIS | Freelance Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading water sector contractor, overseeing projects across Surrey, Sussex and Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in the water industry who is looking for an ongoing freelance contract.

The Role

• Managing day-to-day site operations across water sector projects
• Supervising subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality
• Liaising with project managers, clients and stakeholders
• Completing site documentation, reporting and inspections

Requirements

• SMSTS – essential
• Proven water sector experience – essential
• Previous Site Manager experience
• Strong understanding of health & safety requirements
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence

Package

• £300 per day
