Experienced Childcare Advocate – Family & High Court Hybrid

CRA Legal is recruiting an Advocate Lawyer to join the Local Authority’s Legal Services team in Barnsley on a permanent, hybrid basis. The role requires Higher Rights of Audience and strong Childcare Law experience, handling Family Court and High Court matters on behalf of the Council.

You will manage a varied caseload, advise Social Services on relevant legislation, and contribute to training within the childcare team while deputising for senior lawyers when needed.
