A well-established CQS-accredited law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or Conveyancing Lawyer to join its growing team in Abingdon. The Role You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with strong secretarial and administrative support.

The Role

Your work will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Lease extensions and shared ownership
• New build and equity release
• Matrimonial conveyancing
• Title investigations and more complex transactions

You’ll have direct client contact and the opportunity to build relationships with local referrers, estate agents and repeat clients.

About You

• Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), FCILEX or experienced Conveyancing Lawyer
• 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience
• Able to manage a full caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercial and proactive approach
