Building Maintenance Contracts Lead

Pembrokeshire County Council seeks a Contract Supervisor – Building Maintenance on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will monitor Building Maintenance Contractors across contracts, frameworks, tenders and work programmes affecting housing stock, schools, corporate buildings and other public assets.

You will work with the Corporate Manager, Programme Managers and Procurement Team to oversee tendering and procurement activities and to support training, development and career progression
