Thames Water is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage a portfolio of projects with minimal supervision, ensuring value for money and contractual compliance across schemes from £25k to £200M. Based in Reading with a hybrid setup, you will contribute to major programmes and provide commercial assurance.
You will negotiate tenders, ensure timely payments, assess changes, maintain contract compliance, support budgets, attend site meetings, and assist with claims.
