Mechanical Site Manager

CSS Recruitment are currently looking for a Mechanical Site Manager in Manchester.

Our client has a healthy workload on a residential development for at least the next year.

Immediate start after successful interview.

Requirements

• Must have experience working on residential schemes.




• SMSTS




• CSCS (Plumbing, Pipefitting)




• References upon request.

The day to day role will be overseeing the mechanial sub contractors, QA processes, managing H&S documentation.

As well as working as part of the team and managing direct operatives and materials
