Job Description:
Tilz Collection is seeking a senior, hands-on Operations Manager in Leeds to lead demand planning, inventory, purchasing and logistics. You will drive the operational system from product approval to customer delivery, and build a scalable model for Tilz’s own 3PL service as growth continues.
You will report to Directors, oversee cross-functional planning, inbound logistics and fulfilment, and lead a growing team to ensure fast, accurate, and quality fulfilment.
