Architect: Principal Designer & Safety Lead

Morson Group is seeking a qualified Architect or similar to lead design teams and take responsibility as the Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act and CDM regulations. The role requires ensuring full compliance of designs with and maintaining the “golden thread” of safety information.

The successful candidate will coordinate with designers, contractors and clients across housing projects, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and high-quality design outcomes throughout the project
