Pub General Manager — Lead Growth & Team Excellence (On-site)

The Cock Inn in Norwich, part of Marston’s, is seeking a General Manager to drive a thriving food- and drink-led operation. You will lead the team at a well-established community pub with strong weekly sales and a 42/58 wet-to-dry split, serving around 1,500 covers per week.

Salary up to £48,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package, plus on-site accommodation and extensive development opportunities. You’ll steer delivery, people, and guest experience with a leading local pub company.
