Youth Employability Team Leader – South West London

AKG UK is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and manage Mentors and Programme Co-ordinators, driving high-quality support for young people toward sustainable work. You will oversee day-to-day delivery, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximise outcomes.

You will lead on participant journeys, ensure contract standards are met, and coach staff through regular reviews. The role requires flexibility across sites and local travel to support delivery.
