General Manager – Established West London Pub – Up to £53,000 + Bonus
We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to take the reins of a fantastic, established pub in a brilliant West London location.
This is a large, characterful operation spread across two floors, combining a strong fresh-food offering with quality drinks, busy weekend trade, private events and regular entertainment.
The business already has a great local following, and we’re looking for a GM who can build on that success – driving sales, developing the team and making the venue a genuine go-to destination in the area.
You’ll have full ownership of the operation, from P&L and labour management through to recruitment, training, standards, events and local marketing.
We’re looking for:
- Proven General Manager experience within quality, high-volume pubs or bars
- A strong understanding of fresh food alongside a busy wet-led operation
- Excellent commercial awareness with confidence around P&L, labour and driving sales
- Experience managing events, private hire and high-volume weekend trade
- A brilliant people leader who can recruit, develop and retain a strong team
- Someone who understands the importance of the local community and building regular trade
- A hands-on, energetic operator who wants genuine ownership of their business
Salary is up to £53,000 plus bonus, with the opportunity to take ownership of an established and well-loved venue with plenty of scope to continue growing the business.
