Exodus (part of Travelopia) is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to drive delivery, performance and continuous improvement of our products across designated markets in Asia, with a focus on boosting NPS and customer experience.
Reporting to the Head of Asia, you will collaborate with the Product Contracting Manager to align commercial and NPS objectives, manage supplier relationships and oversee pre- and post-booking enquiries to resolve issues.
