Strategic Contract Manager – Grounds & Cemetery Services

Glendale Managed Services is recruiting a Contract Manager for a major grounds maintenance contract in Merton. You will lead the Service Delivery Team, with full operational and financial accountability across horticultural maintenance, infrastructure and cemetery management.

The role requires a critical thinker with 3+ years of management experience in grounds maintenance, NVQ3 in horticulture, a full driving licence, and strong IT and client-relations skills.
