We’re looking for a seriously talented midweight Graphic Designer to join ChilliMint.
We’re an award winning team working with some of the world’s biggest names in banking, payments and fintech, turning complex ideas into work that people actually want to watch, read and engage with.
And the work is seriously varied. We create campaigns. Films. Brands. Thought leadership. Social content. Experiences. You could be shaping the creative direction for a campaign one day, bringing a big piece of thinking to life the next, or leading the visual storytelling and storyboarding for a film or animation.

We’re looking for someone with real creative instinct. Someone with taste, imagination and a brilliant eye for typography, composition, imagery and the details that make good work great. You’ll have the craft to execute a brief beautifully, but also the confidence and creativity to push it further.
We want someone who’s curious about design, culture and technology, including AI and emerging creative tools, and excited by the possibilities they open up. Your portfolio matters to us. A lot. We want to see strong thinking, beautiful execution and work that makes us stop and look twice. Experience matters, but the quality of your work matters more than the number of years on your CV.
