Lead Deputy Team Manager – Children’s Social Care (Hybrid)

Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking a Deputy Team Manager to lead the Port Talbot Community Children’s Team. The role focuses on delivering a caring service to children and families, mentoring staff, and fostering multi-agency collaboration.

Hybrid working is supported with some office presence, and the post is permanent with 37 hours per week, based in Fairways, Port Talbot. A Social Work qualification and registration with Social Care Wales are required.
