Taylor Wimpey is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to act as the key contact for customers through the journey from introduction to handover and aftercare. You will ensure homes meet Taylor Wimpey quality standards and are customer-ready, coordinating with Sales and Site teams to meet legal completion timeframes.
You will lead demonstrations, manage snagging, and resolve issues promptly, using company processes and health and safety protocols.
