Job Description:
Prestonfield House, Edinburgh, is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for the Banqueting team. Based in the Circular Stables Ballroom, you will lead the banqueting kitchen and deliver exceptional food for events from 150 to 500 guests.
You will work closely with the Head Chef on menus and may also run a section in the main hotel kitchen. Everything is made fresh on site; a passion for quality ingredients and hospitality is essential.
