Open seven days a week for lunch, dinner, Saturday brunch, and our much-loved Sunday roast, we’re all about exceptional food, great hospitality, and memorable experiences.. As part of Bart & Taylor, an award-winning and growing collection of boutique bars and restaurants across London and the North, we’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, inspire the team, and help deliver outstanding food every day.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team during service.
- Helping to train, coach, and develop junior chefs.
- Assisting with menu development using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Managing stock, ordering, and helping to minimise waste.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation are always maintained.
- Stepping up to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
