Hickory’s Smokehouse is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead our bespoke kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and to drive our authentic BBQ menu. You will work with and mentor a brigade of BBQ enthusiasts, delivering high-quality food in one of the town’s busiest restaurants.
