With a variety of shifts available and strong demand for drivers, this is a great opportunity whether you’re looking for regular work, extra shifts around your existing commitments or a flexible driving role.
Pay Rates
- Days: £17.37
- Nights: £20.84
- Weekend Days: £19.11
- Weekend Nights: £22.58
- Overtime (After 45 Hours) : £26.06 – £33.87
The highest potential earning including holiday pay is £37.96 per hour.
The Role
You’ll be delivering fresh and ambient produce to Morrisons stores across the area.
And the best part? No handball and no unloading. Once you arrive at the store, their team takes care of the unloading, allowing you to focus on what you do best — driving.
There are a variety of day and night start times, with work available to suit different schedules. Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, ad-hoc or weekend work, there are opportunities available.
Friday to Monday is where the strongest demand for drivers sits, so if you’re available across these days, there is plenty of opportunity to pick up regular work.
What You’ll Need
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6 months’ recent HGV driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points – minor offences only
