Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited in Hornchurch is seeking a Sous Chef to join a luxury care home kitchen. You will be second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring nutritious, restaurant-quality meals and leading the team of Chef de Partie and Commis Chef.
Your creativity will help review and develop the menu, while maintaining high standards in a busy kitchen. 5 years’ kitchen experience and NVQ Level 2/3 in Food & Hygiene are preferred.
