IT TRAINER x2 – BUSINESS SYSTEMS CRM, BILLING, APPLICATIONS – HEALTH CARE

They urgently require a talented, dynamic IT Systems Trainer – CRM, BILLING, Applications to help lead the Training support key elements for a core programme to modernise their core systems operations

You will:

• IT Trainer: Support, directly advising business on their use of business systems optimally This will include providing ad hoc advice and training, identifying and reporting on business issues, advising on how to achieve improved process compliance and greater efficient/effective usage of IT systems.
• This involves: Core Business Systems, CRM, Billing HR/Payroll, ATS, Finance, LMS etc
• Deliver training programs using various methods (including classroom, E-learning, workshops, floorwalking).
• Provide Systems support/Testing
