Community Employment Advisor — Help People Into Work

Groundwork NE & Cumbria in Workington is seeking an Employment Advisor to support individuals 1:1 on their journey into work. You will develop personal action plans, build skills and drive positive outcomes in a fast-paced community setting.

The role is permanent with flexible hours (full or part time) and based in Workington. You will engage with job seekers, employers and the local community to create opportunities and meet contract targets.
