Senior Residential Support Worker – Children (NVQ3, Driving)

Aspris is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker for our children’s home in South Shore, Lancashire. The role supports young people aged 7-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties, helping with routines, education, hobbies and community activities.

You will work alongside the Registered Manager to lead shifts, mentor colleagues and ensure the highest standards of care in a safe, caring family-style environment. A full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 3 are required.
