Secure Residential Support Worker – Relocation Covered | Overtime

Community Care Live is recruiting experienced support workers for a Secure Residential Children’s Home based in the Channel Islands. You will work in a secure unit, providing structured support to vulnerable children and families in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

The role offers outside IR35 terms, accommodation and travel costs covered, and relocation support. Sleep-in shifts with standby pay (0.25x hourly rate) and full pay if called out; double pay on bank holidays.
