Ramsden Hall Academy is seeking a Residential Child Care Worker to support boys aged 10 to 16 with SEMH in a residential setting after school, evenings and overnight.
The role involves providing structure, care and learning support until the following morning, with a rota that includes sleep-ins. Training and progression to Level 3 Residential Childcare are provided within a supportive trust.
