Support Worker – Inspire Independence (Part-Time)

Affinity Trust in Harkstead is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help a client live independently at home. You will provide person-centred support, engage in activities, and promote wellbeing in a home-based setting.

Daily duties include facilitating meaningful choices, assisting with routines, and building trusted relationships. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required, with full training and ongoing support offered.
