Senior Family Engagement Lead — Prison Visitor & Welfare

POPS is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the Visitors Centre and Family Welfare Service at HMP Manchester, ensuring family support is embedded along the prison pathways. Based at the establishment, you will lead day-to-day operations, act as the Single Point of Contact for prison staff, supervise the POPS team, maintain case files, and produce monthly reports.

You will also coordinate with community agencies and support families, attending meetings, with flexibility for weekends
