Fully Funded RN Degree Apprenticeship — 3 Years to Band 5

Royal Berkshire offers a 3-year Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship in partnership with the University of West London, fully funded by the Trust. Apprentices will be paid a Band 3 salary and work toward NMC registration as a Band 5 nurse.

The programme combines classroom learning with clinical placements across the Trust and community settings, with a requirement to remain employed by the Trust for at least two years on successful completion.
