Learning Support Assistant – Flexible Roles Across Schools

Reed is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work across a range of schools. You will help students access learning and build confidence inside and outside the classroom.

Typical duties include one-to-one and small group support, helping with additional needs (SEND), assisting with lesson delivery, and promoting positive behaviour and well-being. A caring, patient approach and strong communication are essential.
