Part-Time Care Navigator — Patient-Centered Primary Care

River Dee Medical Group CIC in Aberdeen is seeking a dedicated Care Navigator to join our experienced, close-knit team, predominantly based at Camphill Medical Practice and serving local communities.

This permanent, part-time post runs Monday to Friday 12:00–18:00. The salary is £29,103–£31,409 pro rata, depending on qualifications and experience, with a supportive, patient-centred ethos and opportunities to contribute to community health priorities.
