Trauma-Informed Children’s Support Worker (Residential)

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a 4-bed residential children’s home in the UK. You will support young people with emotional, physical and developmental needs, building trusting relationships and acting as a positive role model.

The role involves trauma-informed care and working with challenging behaviours, with long shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. Experience with vulnerable children is required, and a full UK driving licence is necessary.
