Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist an adult with complex care needs in their own home in Wickford, Essex. You will work as part of a consistent care team, delivering person-centred care, promoting independence, and assisting with rehabilitation and daily activities.
The role offers day shifts, including 8am–8pm and night periods, on a flexible zero-hours contract with regular weekly rotas and a strong support network. Training provided.
