Senior Care Leader — Night Shifts, Dementia Care

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. The role focuses on delivering personalised care plans, ensuring dignity and independence for residents, and maintaining high standards of care.

You will work nights, plan activities, and support families while ensuring accurate record keeping and time management. A Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care is preferred, with opportunities to progress to Level 3.
