Deputy Home Manager – Flexible Hours & Caring Leadership

Florin Healthcare are partnering with a provider in Devon to recruit a Deputy Home Manager. You will support the Registered Manager, lead a team to deliver high-quality care, and ensure the home remains compliant with CQC standards while maintaining a caring environment for residents.

Hours are Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, with flexibility to discuss arrangements. The role requires leadership experience in elderly care and a strong understanding of CQC requirements.
