Triage & Community Outreach Worker – Domestic Abuse Support

Key Unlocking Futures in Leyland is hiring a Triage Case & Community Outreach Worker to act as a first point of contact for survivors referred to the domestic abuse service. You will conduct initial risk assessments, deliver crisis intervention and safety planning, and provide short-term, person-centred support.

You will manage a small caseload, work with partner agencies, advocate for safe housing and access to local services, and participate in an on-call rota when required.
