North Lakes Children’s Services in Brampton, Cumbria, is seeking a Residential Deputy Manager for our four-bed children’s home. You will support the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care, lead a small team, and ensure safeguarding, health and safety standards are met.
The role requires experience in children’s residential care, strong leadership, and a full UK driving licence. Sleep-ins with enhanced pay, progression opportunities and comprehensive training are part of the package.
