Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to join the CFO Evolution programme on a long term Fixed Term Contract – December 2028.
You will carry out assessments, deliver tailored interventions, manage a caseload and coordinate risk management across custodial and community settings. You will work with peer mentors and volunteers to link participants with housing, health and other essential services, with travel across the cluster required.
