School-Based Early Help Practitioner | Family Support

Manchester Enterprise Academy (MEA) invites applications for an Early Help Practitioner. This is a full-time, fixed-term post for two years, term-time only plus one additional week, 35 hours per week. Start date is after pre-employment checks.

You will support pupils aged 11–16 and families, conduct assessments, develop support plans, and work with statutory and voluntary services. A driving licence is essential; NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is required.
