Senior Activities Lead – Dementia & Wellbeing (Care Home)

Tunbridge Wells Care Centre is seeking an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high quality, person-centred activities programme that supports wellbeing, independence and a positive, stimulating environment.

You will plan and lead both group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual interests and care needs, including residents living with dementia, and work closely with the Home Manager to ensure plans are well organised and records kept.
