Right at Home Solent is looking for caring and reliable Care Assistants to support Clients in their own homes.

Your Shifts

• Evenings: 5:00pm–10:00pm
• Split shifts: 9:30am–1:00pm & 5:30pm–10:30pm
• Minimum 20 hours per week
• 3 weekdays + alternate weekends

No Care Experience?

That’s okay! Full paid training is provided. We’ll give you the support and training you need to build your skills and progress in care.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help Clients maintain their independence and wellbeing by supporting with:

• Personal care
• Medication reminders
• Meals and drinks
• Companionship
• Everyday activities

You’ll Need

• Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Reliable and caring approach
• Availability for the required shifts
• We cannot offer visa sponsorship. An enhanced DBS check is required.
