Compassionate Mental Health Recovery Support Worker

Lifeways is recruiting Mental Health Support Workers for the Enhanced Community Recovery service in Scunthorpe. This full-time 37.5-hour role involves supporting people with mental health needs, promoting independence and aiding their recovery journey.

You’ll work on a rota including early, late and sleep-in shifts, using IT systems, and building trusting relationships. NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided.
