Community Travel Nurse – Home Visit Care (Part-Time)

East Cheshire NHS Trust is recruiting a part‑time Staff Nurse for the Handforth Community Nursing Team. The role covers Hamdforth and CHAW area with shifts 9am–5pm and occasional travel in the community for patient home visits.

You will deliver high‑quality community care under supervision, maintain patient dignity, document care plans and support redelivery of services across seven days on a rota basis. DBS checks apply.
