Special Needs Teaching Assistant – Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm

Reed is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with a permanent contract after a successful 12-week temporary period.

You will support pupils in classroom and targeted activities, help develop independence and communication, and work with teachers and therapists to track progress. Salary is £100 to £130 per day depending on experience.
