Patient Safety & Experience Lead

The Band 4 Patient Safety & Experience Co-ordinator role within Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is a part-time, pro rata position at 27 hours per week, rolling 2-week rota (3 days one week, 4 days the next). Based at the Bristol Heart Institute site, the post supports patient safety incidents, complaints and governance reporting across the Division of Specialised Services.
