Housing Support Coordinator — Independent Living

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our national award-winning support team. The role involves assisting people with complex needs to move into independent living through tailored support plans.

The post is full-time (37.5 hours) on a rota basis to cover a 24-hour service, with shifts between 9am and 10pm on weekdays and occasional weekend activities and support sessions.
