Job Description:
Cygnet Group is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker for Devon Lodge. You will provide person-centred support to adults with autism and learning disabilities on a 42‑hour contract across a 7‑day rota, with shifts from early mornings to evenings. The role includes safeguarding, daily living support and health reporting.
We offer progression opportunities, regular coaching and supervision, and meals provided on shift. An enhanced DBS check is required for successful applicants.
