Senior Residential Child Care Leader – Trauma-Informed

Esland is seeking a Senior Childrens Residential Care Worker to join Meadowstile Farm in Stoke-on-Trent. You will provide warm, therapeutic care to young people in a 365-day service, building trusting relationships and supporting their educational and emotional needs.

The role requires a minimum 12 months’ experience in a children’s residential home, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and a UK driving licence. Salary £35,129–£37,309 per year with sleeps paid and overtime opportunities.
