Deputy Manager – Mental Health & Autism Care

Active Pathways Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager to join Brook House in Chorley and South Grove House in Preston. You will lead day-to-day operations, mentor staff and ensure high standards of care in a Mental Health Supported Living and Autism service.

The role requires at least three years of leadership in health or social care, strong safeguarding knowledge, and a full driving licence. Salary £31,000–£35,000, with benefits and progression opportunities.
